About Me
I’m a paralegal and document automation specialist dedicated to helping legal teams work smarter through technology. With almost two years of experience in family law, probate, and personal injury, I’ve seen how automation can transform legal operations by improving efficiency and accuracy.
Using Gavel and Clio, I build systems that eliminate repetitive drafting, reduce manual errors, and create seamless client intake experiences. I approach each project as a workflow challenge —mapping logic, designing intuitive templates, and ensuring every automation integrates naturally into a firm’s daily practice.
My degree in Political Science from Boston College strengthened my analytical and problem-solving skills, while my hands-on paralegal experience taught me the value of precision and process in the legal field. Together, these experiences shape my approach as a solution-oriented Gavel expert, focused on creating efficient and scalable automations that save time and empower legal professionals to do their best work.
How I Work
- Clear Communication: I prioritize clarity, collaboration, and precision in every project. Each engagement begins with an initial consultation to understand your goals, document your workflows, and outline your desired outcomes. From there, I establish clear expectations regarding scope, deliverables, and format so that we share a common vision of success.
- Identifying Client's needs: For more complex automations or document systems, I develop a structured timeline that breaks down each phase - from data collection and template review to logic testing and final deployment. This ensures transparency throughout the process and keeps projects on track.
- Managing Expectations: I maintain consistent communication with clients through scheduled check-ins and written updates, making sure questions, revisions, and feedback are integrated efficiently. My approach is both technical and collaborative: I balance the precision of automation with an understanding of each client's legal workflow and user needs.
What I Bring to Every Project
- Real-world understanding of legal workflows
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Clio and modern legal systems
- A client-focused mindset and drive for continuous improvement
