Better than a template and created by a lawyer. Try this legal app. This is a “Consulting and Services Agreement” template for companies to use when they need a contractor. This is a user facing interview, so you do not need an attorney for this workflow.
This workflow is intended for start ups or other companies that do not have the resources to get an attorney to draft an agreement of services with contractors.
