We are excited to announce that Gavel has been acquired by Relativity, the leading legal data intelligence company.

Relativity's platform helps legal teams organize, analyze, and reason over the evidence at the center of their most important matters. Gavel helps lawyers produce the actual work product, drafting documents, contracts, and playbooks, inside the tools they already use. Together, we're closing a gap that has existed in legal work for too long.

Here's what that looks like in practice: work product generated in RelativityOne could be drafted, redlined, and finalized in Microsoft Word, with every edit syncing back to the matter. Legal intelligence, connected directly to the work product it helps create.
