Save question as template#113

Allow to save some questions or set of questions as templates so that they can be easily re-used when building workflows.

Could be useful for :

• Set of questions such as address blocks
• Questions with specific formatting set that are repetitive - i.e limit number of character (Driver Licence, ZIP, phone number)
• Dropdowns or select questions that are repetitive - ex. list of states, counties, cities (if not under CSV for specific reasons).

Also, while it’s possible to copy these questions and drag them on other pages in the same workflow, this is not possible in a different workflow.
