Create a builder test mode #37

In a builder test mode, a builder would see required questions, signature pages, payment info pages, etc. marked with a red asterisk, but not be forced to answer as if they are an actual user. Having to fill out a 70+ page questionnaire with multiple subpages and required questions is time consuming. Data filler extensions stop at these questions.

When dragging you can use the arrow keys to move the item around and escape to cancel. Some screen readers may require you to be in focus mode or to use your pass through key.
